We recommend the following package to get your house off the ground and noticed:

LIFESTYLE PHOTOSHOOT

50-75 edited photos for your brand

Sourcing of models and vendors to be a part of shoot

3 hours of shooting on location

Styling and directing of photoshoot

INTERIOR DECORATING

OUR TEAM will decorate and style the entire house

Option to hold onto items in our storage office

On hand stylist that will be buying items in person as well as online

Filling the house with all the necessary Air Bnb items (linens/dishes/towels) etc

*On average a house takes 30-40 hours to complete

DESIGN CONSULTING

OUR TEAM will visit the new rental and do a walk through with the homeowner and discuss ideas and how we envision the home succeeding

Logo & Branding
